WOC long F
I would like to feel like on the long Q: strong, fast, power full. Why today so many thing has change. It was only 3days of rest. Can the rest change my shape to the opposite?
With DISQ or without my main 2012 goal is over.

WOC long Q
Good race.
After 25' I started to feel yeasterday sprints. Good that Edgars caught me.
Strange was that all the race you have to run streith. On all training maps we had to avoid green.

WOC sprint F
Fisrt time I saw 70m to the start point so twisted. There was a time only to watch your steps. Probably only Wojtas could choose best right way to the first control.
Daria and Hania are little satisfied, me little more.

I got an sms advise from Pyra to start my finish ealier - in the middle of the course - that is a plan.

MP ski-O
Polish and Czech Championship in ski orienteering (classic distance) took place in Jakuszyce. Jakuszyce is a village on the POL/CZE border, where in two weeks Justyna Kowalczyk will win with Marit Bjoergen. Nothing can stop us.
